The 2-hour online meditation workshop introduces three core meditation practices:

  • Deep Breathing

  • Visualization

  • Body Sensing

    Not only will you practice them, but you will learn the science behind their effectiveness.

  • You can participate by phone/tablet or on a computer via Zoom. The practices are performed sitting or lying down.

  • All participants will receive a recording of the workshop.

Veterans, students and first responders attend for a reduced cost.
